Khmer Bowl: Authentic Cambodian Cuisine and Warm Hospitality in Forest Park, GA

Friendly folks here and absolutely delicious authentic food! If you’ve never had Cambodian cuisine, definitely give this place a visit for the most unique flavors!

I've been searching for Cambodian restaurants in Georgia for a while since moving from California and we finally found one! All thanks to my bestie for sending us a reel to this restaurant! Khmer Bowl is a hidden gem in ATL! The food is AMAZING and AUTHENTIC made by four yay(grandmas)and the owner and all of his staff are very nice and welcoming.

Please for the love of everything get the Kathiew! I got the beef rib, flank steak and flank steak with shrimp Kathiew. Also got the 8 piece wings which were amazing the beef skewers were juicy tender and flavorfull. The Cambodian tea which was a sweet treat because it has condensed milk! You can tell its a family owned business with grandmas cooking in the kitchen. A very helpful waitress which is the owner’s daughter just as sweet as the tea. The prices are fair and the portions are generous and completely worth it because everything is just so satisfying. You can feel the TLC in every bite as well as how happy the staff are that you are there patronizing and enjoying the food. First time trying Cambodian food and i am sold. And sorry I had already started on my Kathiew before i took the picture!!!!

I had a layover to ATL, coming from Montréal Canada going to Florida, and I had to stop there and eat. I had to chance to eat with the owner at 11 am, coming in like an undocumented with my carry-on . Bottom line up front, the food is crazy, the kathiew Phnom Penh (soup noodle) is mad good, and I tasted the spicy salor machu kroeung was perfect and lastly the fried wings was on point. I left in a hurry to catch my plane, I was tipsy and with a stomach full, slept like a baby in the plane. I am glad that I took this layover, next time I'll come with my family and I won't get lost for 15 min at the airport haha! To anyone who are considering this restaurant, you will not be disappointed. (If you see a canadian 20 bills, that's from me )

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. This is a family owned restaurant that treats you just like family when you come in. I have been several times and the food is always phenomenal. The kathiew is soooo good and taste the same every time I visit. The owner Kry is very attentive to his customers and goes above and beyond. Not only do you get a home cooked meal but he also teaches you about the culture as well. This will always be my go to place.

My favorite Cambodian restaurant near Atlanta — it truly feels like home the moment you walk in. You’ve got aunties in the back cooking with love, and everyone who steps inside is treated like family. It’s that perfect blend of Southern hospitality and Cambodian warmth — where comfort food meets tradition. Every dish is freshly made, packed with authentic flavor, and you can taste the love in every bite. The fried chicken is the best I’ve ever had! If you’re craving Cambodian food with a cozy, welcoming atmosphere, this is the spot. Always our stop when we visit the south!

Something different but a bit familiar. Nice little unexpected spot. The owner & staff were very friendly & welcoming. It was rainy out so not many ppl were in. My favorite dish was the half & half chicken wings. Delicious Everything else was good but different- it just be like that sometimes. I would definitely go again to try something else & order the wings again as well.

I came here for lunch and the food was so delicious. It has a very charming and unique atmosphere that reminds you of a 50s diner. The owners are good people that care deeply about sharing Cambodian culture.
